摘　　要：VNP20009是一种低致病性的减毒沙门菌,能够选择性地在实体肿瘤组织内复制并产生抗肿瘤效应,是肿瘤基因治疗的靶向载体。VNP20009与其他抗肿瘤方法联用可增强抗肿瘤疗效。下面就VNP20009的生物学特性和抗肿瘤作用等研究进展作一综述。VNP20009, an attenuated strain of Salmonella typhimurium with low toxicity, selectively replicates in solid tumors and has intrinsic anti-tumor activity. VNP20009 is a promising tumor-targeting vector in gene therapy of tumors. Therapeutic effect will be enhanced by combination of VNP20009 therapy and other cancer therapies.
