摘 要:龋病造成的牙体组织改变包括形态结构和化学成分的改变。近年来,为了更好地诊断早期龋,对龋病的防治效果进行研究,各种检测技术取得了一定的进展。拉曼光谱技术是一种基于拉曼散射效应的无损检测技术,其重复性好、灵敏度高、可定量分析,在龋病的研究中日益受到重视。本文就拉曼光谱技术的原理特点及其在早期龋检测、化学机械法去龋效果检测、树脂粘接修复效果检测、激光防龋机制研究及氟化物防龋作用研究等方面的应用作一综述。Carious lesion presents chemical and structural modification. For better diagnosis of early carious, and to detect carious therapeutic and preventive efficiency, several optical methods have been proposed and developed. Based on Raman scattering effect, Raman spectroscopy has the features of good reproducibility, high sensitivity and quantitative analysis, and it has been gradually considered in caries research as a noninvasive testing technique. This review focused on the principle and characteristics of Raman spectroscopy and its application in detecting early caries, evaluating the efficiency of chemo-mechanical caries removal and composite adhesive restoration, as well as studying caries-preventive mechanisms of laser and caries-preventive effect of fluoride.
