直肠癌组织存活素和β-连接素表达及其与复发转移的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:检测直肠癌组织存活素(Survivin)和β-连接素(β-catenin)表达状况,探讨其与直肠癌复发、转移的相关性。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测60例直肠癌组织、10例直肠腺瘤组织及10例癌旁正常黏膜组织Survivin和β-cate-nin的表达。结果:Survivin在直肠癌组织、腺瘤组织和正常组织中的阳性表达率分别为90%、80%和20%;β-catenin在直肠癌组织、腺瘤组织和正常组织中的异常表达率分别为76.7%、50%和10%。Survivin的表达与性别、年龄、肿瘤形态及部位、CEA、分化程度无关,P>0.05;与Duke分期和淋巴结转移相关,P<0.05。β-catenin的异常表达与性别、年龄、肿瘤形态及部位、CEA无关,P>0.05;与分化程度、淋巴结转移、Duke分期相关,P<0.05。Survivin高表达及β-catenin异位表达在直肠癌中呈正相关,r=0.362,P<0.01。结论:Survivin和β-catenin高表达可能与直肠癌的复发和转移有密切关系。OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the expression of Survivin and β-catenin in rectal carcinoma,and the correlation between Survivin,β-catenin and recurrence,metastasis of rectal cancer.METHODS： The expression levels of Survivin and β-catenin were detected in 60 cases of rectal carcinoma and 10 cases of rectal adenoma and 10 of with normal paraneoplastic rectal mucosae tissues by using immunohistochemistry.RESULTS： The positive expression rates of Survivin in rectal carcinoma tissues,rectal adenoma tissues and normal tissues were 90%,80% and 20% respectively,while the abnormal expression rates of β-catenin were 76.7%,50% and 10% respectively.The positive expression of Survivin did not have correlations with gender,age,tumor morphology and location,CEA,differentiation（P〉0.05）,but had a correlation with Duke staging,lymph node metastasis（P〈0.05）.The abnormal expression of β-catenin did not have correlations with gender,age,tumor morphology and location,and CEA（P〈0.05）,but had a correlation with differentiation,lymph node metastasis and Duke staging（P〈0.05）.The high positive expression of Survivin and the abnormal expression of β-catenin had a significant positive correlation in rectal carcinoma（r=0.362,P〉0.01）.CONCLUSION：Survivin and β-catenin may be related to the recurrence and metastasis of rectal carcinoma,and play an important role in the carcinogenesis and progression of rectal carcinoma.
