摘　　要：目的:总结国内外对蛋白酶激活受体2(PAR-2)在消化道肿瘤侵袭转移过程中的作用研究现状。方法:应用Pubmed和CNKI、万方期刊全文数据库检索系统,以"PAR-2、肿瘤和侵袭转移"为关键词,检索1999-01-2009-12发表的相关文献共117篇。纳入标准:1)PAR-2的结构、激活和功能;2)PAR-2在消化道肿瘤中的表达情况;3)PAR-2促进消化道肿瘤侵袭转移的机制。根据纳入标准,最后纳入分析29篇。结果:PAR-2在消化道肿瘤中高表达,通过调节肿瘤细胞的增殖、黏附、基质降解、血管形成等多个环节,参与消化道肿瘤的侵袭转移过程。结论:深入研究PAR-2在肿瘤侵袭转移的分子机制,有助于评估肿瘤预后,为肿瘤治疗寻找新靶点。OBJECTIVE： To summarize the research progression of protease activated recepter-2（PAR-2） on digestive cancer invasion and metastasis.METHOD： By PubMed,CNKI and Wanfang retrieval systems,with PAR-2,tumor,invasion and metastasis as the key words,117 papers of the original were retrieved from Jan.1999 to Dec.2009.Selecting standards： 1） the strcture,activation and function of PAR-2;2） the expression of PAR-2 in digestive cancers;3） the mechanism of tumor invasion and metastasis promoted by PAR-2.According to the above standards,29 were finally analyzed.RESULTS： PAR-2 is highly expressed in digestive cancers,and it may play an important role in promoting the invasion and metastasis of the tumor cells,which are involved in regulating tumor proliferation,adhesion,matrix degradation,angiogenesis and so on.CONCLUSION： Further research on the molecular mechanism of PAR-2 in digestive cancer invasion and metastasis will contribute to assess the prognosis of the tumor and detect a new target for cancer therapy.
