摘　　要：陈云经济哲学思想是渗透在他的经济理论中的一系列哲学观点和方法,它与陈云哲学思想、陈云经济理论是密切相联系的交叉关系。国情论、国力论、综合平衡论,是陈云经济哲学思想的三大理论支点。本文以建国后、特别是改革开放以来中国经济发展的实践经验为背景,论述了陈云关于国情、国力和综合平衡的思想,这对于推动科学发展观的落实,促进社会经济的统筹协调发展,具有重大的现实意义。Chen Yun＇s economic philosophy is the series of philosophical opinions and methods contained in his economic theory,which is overlapping with his philosophical thoughts and economic thoughts.The theory of national condition,national force and comprehensive balance are the theoretical fulcrum of Chen Yun＇s economic philosophy.The paper,in the background of the practical experience of Chinese economic development since the founding of new China,especially since the reform and opening up,narrates Chen Yun＇s thoughts of national condition,national force and comprehensive balance,which is important to the carrying out of outlook of scientific development and advancing the cooperation development of society and economy.
