摘　　要：如何提高后进生的物理学习成绩？教师可以从建立融洽的师生关系：依据教学规律端正教学思想；让后进生充分参与课堂教学；注重学法指导，加强能力培养和做好课后辅导等五个方面努力。How to improve underachievers＇ physics academic performance？ Teachers can make efforts from five aspects： constructing harmonious relations between teachers and students; uprighting edcuation idea according to teaching laws; making underachievers fully participate in classroom teaching; attaching importance to the guidance on learning method and strengthening the cultivation of ability as well as the implementation of afterclass tutoring.
