摘　　要：笔者通过分析中等职业学校学生现状,结合该校学生培养情况,提出了中等医学职业教育中,培养学生素质的对策,即加强教师队伍的素质,营造良好校园环境,开展适应学生特点的各种活动,提高学生学习能力和心理素质以提高学生素质。The author through the analysis Secondary vocational school student present situation, unifies my school student to raise the situation, proposed in the medium medicine vocational education raises the student quality the countermeasure： Strengthens the teacher troop the quality, the building good campus environment, the development to adapt student characteristic each kind of activity, to sharpen the student learning capability and the quality to improve the student quality at heart.
