摘　　要：跨国公司的嵌入是我国沿海地区产业集聚形成和发展的重要驱动力。充分发挥英特尔的增长极和孵化器作用，实施基于跨国公司嵌入的产业集聚战略，促进英特尔公司及其全球价值链的嵌入，形成区域产业集聚效应，是大连乃至东北地区信息产业实现跨越式发展的有效路径。TNCS＇embedding is an important driving force of formation and development of industrial agglomeration in China＇s coastal areas. It is an effective path for Dalian as well as China＇s Northeast to develop by leaps and bounds in IT industry by giving full play to Intel＇s growth pole and the incubator role, implementing industrial agglomeration strategy based on TNCS＇em- bedding, promoting Intel Corporation and its global value chain embedding, and formatting the effect of regional industrial ag- glomeration.
