摘  要:为了评价铜铝复层板成形性能,采用Hosford高阶屈服准则和M-K理论推导复层板的成形极限应变表达式,通过理论计算得到铜铝复层板的成形极限图,利用胀形试验分析热处理工艺及接触方式铜铝复层板成形极限的影响,采用扫描电子显微镜对界面与断口形貌进行观察分析.研究结果表明:理论计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,铜在外侧复层板成形极限高于铝在外侧时的成形极限,热处理工艺对提高复层板的成形极限具有重要的作用,复层板两侧金属发生断裂的同时,界面产生部分脱离.In order to evaluate the formability of Cu-Al clad,the forming limit stain expression of clad was deduced by Hosford's higher order yield criteria and M-K theory,and the forming limit diagram of Cu-Al clad was developed with theoretical calculation.The influence of heat treatment and contact method was analyzed by bulging test,and the interfacial and fracture structures were analyzed with SEM.The result shows that the calculation result fits well with the experiment,forming limit of the clad with Cu at the outside is higher than the clad with Al at the outside,and heat treatment is important to improve the forming limit of the clad.The clad is broken at both sides with local interface fracture.
