中国疣螈属一新亚种

摘　　要：对采自河南省大别山区商城县的一种蝾螈科标本进行形态特征比较,发现与文县疣螈Tylototriton wenxianensis相似,但存在明显差异;经与文县疣螈等4种蝾螈进行12SmtDNA部分序列比对,显示其与文县疣螈的遗传分化已达亚种级水平,因此定为1新亚种,文县疣螈大别亚种Tylototriton wenxianensis dabienicus ssp.nov.。新亚种的主要鉴别特征为:头长远大于头宽;4肢较短,前后肢贴体相对指、趾端不相遇;前肢前伸,指末端达眼前角;泄殖腔孔周缘橘红色。Based on morphological and DNA sequencing analysis, a new subspecies of genus Tylototriton, which superficially resemble Tylototriton wenxianensis, was described from Shangcheng County, Henan Province, China. This new subspecies can be distinguished by the combination of the following characteristics： head length much greater than width; limbs short, tips of fingers and toes not touching when fore and hind limbs adpressed; tips of fingers reaching orbital anterior region when fore limbs stretched forward; margin of cloacal opening orange.Tylototriton wenxianensis dabienicus ssp. nov. （Figs.1-5）Holotype, HNNU（Henan Normal University） 0908Ⅰ095, an adult female, total length 161.9 mm, from Huangbaishan National Forest Park of Henan Province, China （31°24′ N, 115°20′ E; alt. 698 m）, 28 Aug. 2009, by WANG Xin-Wei. Paratypes, HNNU（Henan Normal University） 1004Ⅱ014-016、024-026、031、035,8 adult females, HNNU1004Ⅱ029, an juvenile, from Huangbaishan National Forest Park of Henan Province, China （31°25′-31°25′ N, 115°21′-115°22′ E; alt. 733-767 m）, 2-14 May 2010, by WANG Xin-Wei.Tissue samples were taken by preserving pieces of liver in 95% ethanol before the specimens were fixed in formalin. The specimens were deposited in Henan Normal University.
