摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜下电动吸切削器联合半导体激光治疗儿童复发性喉乳头状瘤的疗效。方法对28例患儿经鼻内镜下微型电动吸切器吸切复发性喉乳头状瘤后,再行半导体激光汽化、凝固。结果 28例儿童复发性喉乳头状瘤,15例(53.57%)治愈,9例(32.14%)有效,4例(14.29%)无效。结论鼻内镜下电动吸切器联合半导体激光治疗儿童喉乳头状瘤时,具有视野清晰、微创、有效且便于教学及观摩的优点,值得推广。【Objective】To evaluate the efficacy of endoscopic electric suction cutting combined semiconductor laser in children with recurrent laryngeal papilla resection.【Methods】The 28 cases in pediatric recurrent laryngeal papillomatosis patients were cured by endoscopic miniature electric cutting machine combining with vaporization and coagulation of semiconductor laser. 【Results】In the 28 children of recurrent laryngeal papillomatosis,15 cases （53.57%） were cured and 9 cases （32.14%） were effective and 4 cases （14.29%） is not valid.【Conclusion】Endoscopic micro-electric combined semiconductor laser in the treatment of children with laryngeal papillomatosis was visible,micro traumatic,effective and easy-to-education and it should be promoted.
