摘　　要：和谐休闲观以科学发展观为指导,尝试性地回答了"什么是和谐休闲、如何实现和谐休闲"的问题,是指导居民休闲的世界观和方法论。和谐休闲观第一要义是休闲,本质是以人为本,基本要求是健康、文明、绿色。和谐休闲观的意义在于能为休闲实践提供价值尺度和评判标准,具有重要的理论价值、实践价值和社会功能。The view of harmonious leisure takes the science development view as the instruction,experimentally replies ＂what is the harmonious leisure,how can the harmonious leisure be realized？＂,which is the world outlook and the methodology of instructing the inhabitant leisure.The first essential meaning is that the harmonious leisure is the leisure,the essence is humanist,the basic request is the health,the civilization and the green.The significance of harmonious leisure lies in that it can provide the value measure and the judgment standard,which has the important theoretical value,the practical value,and the social function.
