摘　　要：当今世界一次性能源消费结构已经由以煤炭为主向以油气为主转变,中国石油供需矛盾日趋突出。在分析了石油工业代谢过程基础上,研究了工业活动和生态环境的相互关系,建立了石油产业生态链,重点剖析了狭义生态产业链,从石油石化企业、销售商、消费者和废料处理者的角度研究了石油产业的系统管理。In today＇s world one-time energy consumption structure has shifted from coal-based mainly to oil and gas resources,the supply-demand contradiction of oil is becoming more and more prominent.After analyzing the metabolic process of the petroleum industry and the relations between industrial activities and the ecological environment,the paper sets up the petroleum industry ecological chain focusing on the narrow ecological industry chain.It also discusses the main responsibilities of the vendors,customers and waste transactors in the petroleum and petrochemical enterprises.
