摘　　要：全球市场的激烈竞争迫使制造商越来越关注用户的需求。由于产品的生命周期呈缩短趋势，企业为了自身生存和发展的需要，就必须开发和制造出高质量的产品投放市场。这就导致了敏捷制造概念的形成。本文详述了敏捷制造的关键概念和实现手段。The intense competition of global market is forcing manufacturers to pay moreattention to the consumers requirements. Since the development cycle Of products are shorteningday after day, manufacturers must develop high quality products in order for themselves to survive. This paper explains the key concept of agile manufacturing and its realization methods.
