摘 要:为了适应铁道检测设备的电控步进电机的稳定性,使步进电机微步进均匀旋转,系统采用DSP芯片TMS320F2812作为控制核心,以L298双全桥驱动芯片作为电机功率驱动芯片,实现了对两相混合式步进电机的数字控制,并对微细分技术进行了理论分析和试验验证,取得了电机两相绕组的电流按正余弦规律变化的试验结果,获得了均匀细分的数据。结果表明,基于DSP的步进电机细分控制技术能够提升电机性能,具有良好的发展潜力。In order to adapt the stability of the electric control stepping motor of the railway detection equipments and keep the stepping motor rotating symmetrically by micro step, this system fulfilled the digital motor control based on TMS320F2812 DSP and a dual full-bridge driver L298. With micro subdividing technique, an theoretical analysis and experimental verifications were made, and the currents of the two-phase windings of the motor changing with laws of sine and cosine and the data of even subdivision were obtained. Results show that the subdivision driving technology of stepping motor based on DSP can improve the performance a great deal, so as to possess a very good development potential.
