多色网点叠印中龟纹的模拟与控制

摘　　要：针对调幅加网产生的龟纹现象,探讨了双色网点叠印时龟纹的数学模型,利用计算机软件进行了模拟实验,分析了相同加网线数下多色网点叠印时龟纹的形成规律,提出了降低龟纹可视程度的措施和方法。结果表明:多色网点叠印会产生龟纹;龟纹的频率和角度与各叠印网点的加网线数以及网线之间的夹角有关;适当提高加网线数、合理安排网线角度、对原稿进行消网处理、采用特殊加网技术等,都可以有效地控制龟纹的生成。Mathematical model of moiré in two-color dot superimposition with AM screening was discussed,computer software was utilized for simulation experiment,the regular pattern of forming moiré in multi-color dot superimposition with the same screen ruling was analyzed,and the measures and methods for lowering the visibility of moiré were put forward.Results showed that multi-color dot superimposition would produce moiré,and the frequency and angle of moiré were related to the screen ruling of each superimposition dot and the separation angle of screen line.The generation of moiré can be effectively controled by improving the screen ruling,reasonably arranging screen angle,descreening treatment to the original and adopting special screening technique,etc.
