摘　　要：民族文化冲突造成的价值观念、民族心理和政治文化的嬗变是影响民族地区社会稳定的隐性文化因素。缓解与避免文化冲突必须进行民族文化适应。在遵循多元一体、民族性与现代性、继承性与创新性的基本原则的前提下,必须大力发展少数民族文化教育,培育民族文化参与意识,完善民族文化保护法规。Changes in values,ethnic psychology and political culture arising from ethnic cultural conflict are recessive cultural factors that influence social stability in ethnic regions. To ease and avoid cultural conflict demands ethnic cultural adaptation. In the context of principles of pluralism,nationalism and modernity,inheritance and innovation,we should vigorously develop education in ethnic minorities,foster awareness of cultural participation and improve regulations of protection of ethnic culture.
