篮球运动的整体性与球员个性之辩证思考

摘　　要：篮球运动是一项集体运动项目,篮球运动的集体性是现代篮球比赛的取胜之道。以辩证唯物主义观点考查篮球运动的集体性与球员个性之间的关系。认为,篮球比赛需要球员张扬个性,需要球员适当地表现个人英雄主义;球员的个性发展与球队整体发展是相互联系、相互影响的,可以通过战术把整体性篮球理念与发挥球员个人能力联系起来,利用战术的"漩涡效应",使每个球员充分发挥个性和特长。Basketball is an integral sport,and the integrity of basketball team is the key to success in a match.From the dialectical viewpoint,taking into consideration the relationship between the integrality of a team and the players＇ personality,we got the conclusion that basketball players need to perform their personality and to show moderate heroism.The development of players＇ personality and the overall development of the team are interrelated and interact with each other.Through tactics,we should connect harmoniously the philosophy of basketball and players＇ personality,with the ＂whirlpool effect＂ in tactics,we can make each player＇s personality and skills get sufficient displayed.
