摘　　要：讨论了"氨基酸纸层析分离方法"实验教学的改革问题,调整实验步骤以节约教学时间;增加实验内容以增强实验的研究性、定量分析的可靠性;设置不同的药品成分,通过实验教学培养学生认真、诚实的科学研究精神。The problem of ＂method of paper chromatography separation of amino acids＂ in experimental teaching reform has been discussed.The experiment steps are adjusted so as to save time;experimental content has been increased so as to enhance the experiment and the reliability of quantitative analysis.Different pharmaceutical ingredients are set so as to cultivate the earnest and sincere scientific research spirits through experimental teaching.
