摘　　要：知识链成员之间的知识整合是知识链运行的重要机制,其运行成效在很大程度上决定着知识链的成效。本文在文献研究的基础上构造了知识整合模型,指出了知识链成员之间的知识整合所面临的主要难点及存在的问题,并提出了克服困难,实现知识整合创新的主要措施。Knowledge integration among the members of the knowledge chain is an important mechanism for the operation of the knowledge chain. The effectiveness of its operation determines the effectiveness of the knowledge chain. ~l＇his paper constructs the model of knowledge integration on the basis of the literature, poins the main difficulties and problems faced by the knowledge integration among the members of the knowledge chain, and points out the measures on how to overcome difficulties and achieve knowledge integration and innovation.
