HuR蛋白在卵巢浆液性肿瘤组织中的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的探讨人抗原R(human antigen R,HuR)在卵巢浆液性肿瘤组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法利用免疫组化法和图像分析技术检测10例正常卵巢组织,20例卵巢浆液性瘤,32例卵巢浆液性癌中HuR蛋白的表达。结果正常卵巢组织、卵巢浆液性肿瘤组织中均有HuR蛋白表达,HuR蛋白在卵巢癌中的表达较卵巢瘤及正常组织中增强,两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。有淋巴结转移的卵巢浆液性癌中HuR蛋白表达高于无淋巴结转移(P<0.05)。结论卵巢浆液性肿瘤的发生发展与HuR的过表达密切相关。Objective To investigate the expression of human antigen R （ HuR） in the tissue of ovarian serous tumor and to explore its clinical significance. Methods The expression of HuR was detected in 10 cases of normal ovarian tissues,20 cases of ovarian seorus tumor,and 32 cases ovarian serous carcinoma by immunohistochemistrical and computer -assisted image analysis technique. Results Although HuR was commonly expressed in normal ovarian tissue,ovarian serous tumor and ovarian carcinoma,there were significant difference among the three kinds of tissues （ P 〈0. 05） ,in which,the expression was the most obvious in ovarian serous carcinoma. Further analysis showed that HuR expression was significantly higher in ovarian carcinoma with lymphaden metastasis than that of ovarian carcinoma without lymphaden metastasis （ P 〈0. 05） ,while the higher expression of HuR was not related with the clinical period and cell classification of ovarian serous carcinoma. Conclusion There is over expression of HuR in ovarian serous carcinoma. It may be closely associated with the occurrence and development of ovarian serous carcinoma.
