摘　　要：结合作者多年讲授数据库系统及应用课程的教学经验,从激发学生的学习兴趣和学习积极性、在教学过程中体现学生的学习主体地位、培养学生解决问题的能力、以课程设计培养学生团队协作精神等方面,对培养大学生的创新能力进行了讨论。Based on the experience in the teaching of database system and its application for years,the paper discusses the cultivation of undergraduate students＇ innovation ability from the following aspects：inspiring students＇ learning interest,arousing their learning enthusiasm,emphasizing principal status of students＇learning,training students＇ability of solving questions,and training students to value team work through course design etc.
