摘　　要：以企业网络结构角度探讨产业集群竞争力这一热点问题,分析了网络密度与集群企业成本的四个维度(交易成本、学习成本、生产成本、机会成本)和创新的关系,指出集群应保持紧密性与开放性,避免网络的路径锁定效应,保持乃至提高产业集群的竞争力。Based on the structure of enterprise network,the article discusses the competitiveness of industry.By analyzing the relationship between network density and four dimensions of enterprise cost （transaction cost,leaning cost,production cost,opportunity cost）,the article discusses the impact of network density on innovation,and then points out that the industry cluster should maintain tightness and openness,avoid the path locking effects of network,keep and even improve the competitiveness.
