摘　　要：从系统科学思想的独特视角,将人力资源开发看作是一个由开发理念、开发主体、开发对象、开发方式、开发方法、开发内容和开发目标等七大要素组成的系统整体,结合当今时代的背景和组织内外环境条件对人力资源开发的要求,全面深入地探讨和分析了人力资源开发系统的各个要素。From the special view of system science theory,the system of human resource development is regarded as the whole which is made up of the following 7 elements.They are developing idea,developing subject,developing object,developing pattern,developing method,developing content and developing goal.Combined with the requirements of human resource development from the present situation and the internal and external environment of organization,the paper analyzed in detail every element of the above of the human resource development.
