单纯眼眶内侧壁骨折86例临床分析

摘　　要：目的追踪观察单纯眼眶内侧壁骨折患者的预后。方法对86例(88眼)眼外伤患者进行眼眶轴位及部分病例冠状位CT扫描及眼位活动度和视功能检查。结果 86例(88眼)眼眶内侧壁骨折患者,其中伴有内直肌增粗22例,内直肌轻度嵌顿3例,视神经增粗6例6眼,筛窦积液38例39眼,眶内积气3例3眼,眼睑皮下积气6例6眼,8例8眼除显示眶内壁单纯骨折外,CT扫描无异常。对视力受损的患者采用复方樟柳碱注射液行伤侧颞浅动脉旁注射,并观察3～6个月,预后良好。结论眼钝挫伤后及时进行眼眶CT检查对该类疾病的诊断、治疗及预后都有很重要的意义。Objective To investigate and track the prognosis of patients with simple medial orbital wall fracture： Methods Axial view of orbit and coronal view of partial cases were performed with CT scanning on 86 patients with ocular trauma. Eye activity and visual acuity were examined. Results In 86 patients （88 eyes） with medial orbital wall fracture, there were 22 patients with medial rectus thickening,3 cases with slight incarceration of medial rectus,6 cases （ 6 eyes） with optic nerve thickening, 38 cases （39 eyes） with ethmoid sinus hydrops,3 cases （3 eyes）with orbital pneumatosis,6 cases （6 eyes） with subcutaneous pneumatosis at eyelids,8 cases （8 eyes） with simple medial orbital wall fracture and without other abnormalities by CT scanning. The prognosis of patients with visual acuity injury was good with injecting compound anisodine at superficial temporal artery of injury side after observing for 3 months to 6 months. Conclusion Prompt orbital CT scanning has important significance on the diagnosis,therapy and prognosis of the type of disease after ocular blunt trauma.
