摘  要:通过建立一种新的三维晶粒组织及其演变的 Monte Carlo可视化图像仿真算法,验证了作者近年来理论导出的三维个体晶粒长大速率拓扑依赖性方程的正确性.With a new Monte Carlo algorithm, the three-dimensional normal grain growth pro cess including the steady-state stage is appropriately simulated. The topological dependence equation for the growth rate of three-dimensional individual grains, which was first derived theoretically by the presents authors and can be considered as a three-dimension equivalent to Von Neumann's equation in twos-dimensions, is confirmed by means of the simulation. Such verification with experimental measurement in real microstructures is not available yet.
