摘　　要：科技中介力量成为区域创新系统知识转移能力建设的新视角。从科技中介组织在区域创新系统的功能定位入手,按照知识生产到知识应用的过程,深入探究科技中介在不同知识转移路径的作用机理及各路径的运行机制,以期为区域创新系统(RIS)内的企业提高知识转移效率和效果提供理论指导。Scientific intermediaries are becoming a new perspective of knowledge transfer capabilities building in Regional Innovation System（RIS）.According to the functional position of scientific intermediaries in RIS,and the process from knowledge production to application,this paper discusses the different mechanisms of scientific intermediaries in different knowledge transfer paths.This research results can provide some theoretic guidance for firms to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of knowledge transfer in RIS.
