摘　　要：以管理者、员工、企业文化、知识管理流程、知识管理技术和知识管理内容为结构维度,构建了知识管理成熟度模型;通过问卷获得数据;应用AHP决策分析法确定成熟度各指标因子的权重并给出了成熟度"级越"的方法。通过几个企业的实际应用效果,表明可以为我国企业实施知识管理项目提供有益借鉴。The paper gives the knowledge management maturity model based on manager,employees,corporate culture,knowledge management processes,knowledge management technology and content.The data is obtained through questionnaires.In this paper,AHP decision analysis method is applied to determine the weight of each index factor in maturity and the maturity upgrade approach is given.Through the practical application of several enterprises,it shows that it could provide a valuable method for Chinese enterprises to implement knowledge management.
