摘　　要：近年来,创业研究已经拓展了创业的概念,即从狭义的理解(创立新企业)引申到包括那些使现存组织更具价值创造能力的活动,创业者的概念也随之扩展到企业内部所有具有创造力的人。因此,在创业研究中应该关注创业者的主观创造力。除了人力资源之外,成功的创业活动也需要其他资源。提出一个主观创业理论视角下的创业模型,同时考虑创业活动中所需要的创业者的主观性和资源两个要素,突出创业判断在创业活动中的作用。Recently,the concept of entrepreneurship has been expanded in the research field of entrepreneurship.The activities of entrepreneurship conclude not only to build a new venture,but also to create more value in an existed business.So the entrepreneur is the one who has creativity in the business.Therefore we should pay attention to the role of the entrepreneur＇s subjectivism on the entrepreneurial process.Resources are important too.The formal researches focus on either entrepreneur or resources.The paper explores an entrepreneurial model on the base of the subjectivist theory of entrepreneurship,considering the factors of entrepreneur＇s subjectivism and resources,and stresses the function of entrepreneurial judgment.It has some practical meaning,hoping to provide a kind of thinking for the study of the business＇s survival and development in the financial crisis.
