摘　　要：构建了医院就诊服务系统排队模型,并主要分析了两级串联开排队服务系统模型,其中采用递推方式给出了马尔可夫过程的转移矩阵,并利用矩阵分析方法进行求解,得到了该系统的稳态概率解及其它相关指标。This paper studies the model of hospital service queueing system.And mainly analyses the 2-node tandem open queueing system.The generator matrix of Markov process is given in recurrence formulation.The steady-state distribution and other relative index of the system are obtained by means of matrix analysis theory and probability theory.
