摘　　要：目的:探讨PTEN、survivin在乳腺基底细胞样癌中的表达意义。方法:用免疫组化检测40例乳腺基底细胞样癌手术切除标本中PTEN、survivin的表达,并结合对照组进行统计学分析。结果:PTEN的阳性表达率为40%(16/40),survivin的阳性表达率为72.5%(28/40)。结论:PTEN、survivin的表达可能与基底细胞样癌的发生、发展密切相关。Objective： To investigate the expression of PTEN、survivin in basal-like breast carcinoma and its signnificance.Methods： The protein expression of PTEN、survivin was detected by SP immunohistochemistry in 40 cases of basal-like breast carcinoma.The correlations were analyzed between the groups.Results： The incidence of PTEN、survivin expression is 40%（16/40）、72.5%（28/40/）.Conclusions： the expression of PTEN、survivin may correspond to the happening and development of the basal-like breast carcinoma.
