摘 要:研究旨在了解公安干警的工作倦怠现状,探讨工作倦怠相关影响因素,以期为公安干警的生活、工作质量和身心健康水平的提高提供一定的参考。研究随机抽查了浙江某市225名公安干警。结果显示:①公安干警的社会支持总体状况良好,工作倦怠水平偏高,情绪耗竭相对呈较高水平。②不同年龄的公安干警的工作倦怠存在显著差异,年龄46岁及以上的公安干警的工作倦怠总分及情绪耗竭得分最低,警龄在16年及以上的公安干警情绪耗竭得分最低,男性的工作倦怠总分和情绪耗竭得分显著高于女性。③社会支持和工作倦怠呈显著负相关。④客观支持、对社会支持的利用度、性别对公安干警的工作倦怠具有显著预测作用。This study aimed to investigate the current situation of policemen’job burnout,and tried to explore its influence factors,so that we could provide theoretical reference to improve the policemen’s life,work quality and their health levels.225 policemen were randomly selected and surveyed by questionnaire.The results showed:(1) The social support level of policemen is relatively good comparing to the norm,and their job burnout level is relatively high,and emotion exhaustion is relatively higher than the other two parts.(2) Policemen’job burnout levels are related to their ages,and those whose age are larger than 46 years old scored lowest in job burnout level and emotion exhaustion.And of those whose work age are more than 16 years scored lowest in emotion exhaustion.Men have higher job burnout levels and emotion exhaustion than women.(3) Social support is negatively correlated with job burnout.(4) Objective support,using of social support,gender of policemen can predict their burn out.
