摘　　要：讨论Heisenberg Virasoro代数和代数W(2,2)的不可约中间序列模为酉模的充要条件.In this paper,it was be given that the sufficient and necessary conditions for the irreducible modules of intermediate series over the Heisenberg Virasoro algebra and the algebra W（2,2）to be unitary.
