摘 要:为了观察全身调控一氧化氮(NO)水平对多发性关节炎大鼠颞下颌关节(TMJ)的影响,探讨NO对关节炎症的作用机制,用福氏完全佐剂建立大鼠多发性关节炎模型;分组腹腔注射内源性NO抑制剂NG-nitrio-L-arginine(L-NNA)及生成剂L-arginine(L-Arg);观察大鼠TMJ的组织病理学变化。结果表明用L-NNA后TMJ的炎症反应和破坏程度显著减轻;而用L-Arg后情况则相反,滑膜细胞增生、血管扩张、炎性渗出及软骨破坏均有加重。结果提示:全身调控NO水平对TMJ的炎症确有作用;及早恰当地降低NO水平有利于阻止关节炎症的发展和组织的破坏。To probe into the action of nitric oxide (NO) on the pathogenesis of polyarthritis by observing the effects of general NO regulation on temporomandibular joint (TMJ), The animal model of polyarthritis was established by injecting Freund's complete adjuvant into rats. The endogenous NO inhibitory agent NG nitrio L arginine (L NNA) or the aggravating agent L arginine (L Arg) were injected into the abdominal cavities of different groups of polyarthritic rats seperately. And the histopathological changes of rats TMJ were observed. The results showed that the inflammation and the destruction of the TMJ tissues were abated obviously after taking L NNA; but the conditions of TMJ were exacerbated following the use of L Arg, such as worsening of the synovial cell proliferation, hemangiectasis, inflammatory exudation and destruction of articular cartilage. It was suggested that the general regulation of NO hads some definite effects on the arthritis in TMJ, and the inflammation and destruction of TMJ might markedly be eliminated by decreasing the level of NO properly at an early stage.
