摘　　要：原告资格的确认是整个行政公益诉讼过程中的核心问题。笔者基于行政公益诉讼原告资格的语义分析,通过对美国、英国、法国、德国等域外行政公益诉讼原告资格的比较与借鉴,试图从内涵和外延两个层面,建构我国行政公益诉讼原告资格的抽象标准和起诉主体。The confirmation of plaintiff qualification is the core subject during the process of administrative public interest litigation. Based on the semantic analysis,and through the comparison and reference of the plaintiff qualification of extraterritorial administrative public interest litigation such as America,Britain,France and Germany,the author attempts to establish the abstract standard and concrete plaintiff of the plaintiff qualification of China＇s administrative public interest litigation from the angle of both intension and extension.
