摘　　要：研究生教育是培养创新性人才的重要途径,高校辅导员作为学生教育管理的重要力量,必须围绕教学改革的大局,在培养研究生创新意识,提升研究生创新能力方面做出积极的努力。本文从对创新意识培养的理解切入,分析了目前研究生创新意识培养中存在的优势特性和薄弱环节,结合高校研究生培养平台,有针对性地对辅导员在研究生创新意识培养中的工作进行了探讨。Graduate education is the important way to train innovative talents. College counselors as an important force in the management of students, must focus on the overall situation of teaching reform and make positive efforts in training graduate students innovative to enhanee innovation capacity. This paper, from the understanding of the innovative consciousness cultivation, analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of current post-graduate innovative consciousness cultivation, and combined with post-graduate university cultivation platform discusses the work of counselor in graduate students innovative consciousness cultivation.
