摘　　要：分析了交通地理信息系统相关的基本概念,对其GIS基本功能以及交通应用功能进行了划分。对于道路评价模块,列举了若干指标,从道路结构以及交通质量方面,对道路评价做了较详细的分析。正确及时地导航是解决道路问题的有力工具,本文结合高分辨率遥感以及国外实践,探讨了实时导航的实现问题。This article analyses some basic definitions concerning Geographic Information System--Transportation and separates the GIS functions from the transportation application functions. As for the road judgement part, it lists some references and makes detailed analysis about the road structure and transportation quality. Accurate and real-time navigation is the powerful toot in solving road issues. The passage brings together high-resolution remote sensing and foreign practice to probe the real-time navigation.
