摘　　要：成人在学习动机与心态、学习效果与内容、学习行为等方面有其自身的特点,成人教育工作者应该结合这些实际,以人为本地从课堂教学、入学教育和心理健康教育等角度借助各种载体,开展成人的思想政治教育工作。Adult in learning motivation and mentality,learning effect and content, learning behavior has its own characteristics,adult education workers should combine the actual facts, adhere to people first,from the classroom teaching, entrance education and mental health, by a variety of carriers, carry out adult education of ideological and political work.
