摘　　要：在从事产品研发的工业设计活动中,团队成员个人的角色意识在很大程度上影响了整体的工作效率与效果。本文探讨了企业工业设计管理中的角色意识的概念,分析了设计组织的特点及其所决定的组织中个人角色的特点,角色意识对于设计开发成败的影响,以及在设计组织中建立良好的角色意识的影响因素。In industrial design, the role consciousness of team members affects the efficiency and effect of the overall work greatly. In this paper the concept of individual role consciousness of team members in industrial management is discussed, and the design organization＇s features by which the individual role consciousness is decided, the influence of role consciousness to the success of product development and the influence factors in the establish good role consciousness in design organization are analyzed.
