摘　　要：翼状胬肉是一种与阳光照射有关的威胁视力的眼表面疾病。组织学上包括高度血管化的组织和肥厚变性的纤维结缔组织。治疗主要是手术切除,包括联合一些辅助的治疗措施,均有一定的复发率。翼状胬肉的病因仍未完全明了,文中对其研究进展作一综述。Pterygium is a sunlight-related and sight-threatening ocular surface disease.Histologically,it consists of a highly vascularized mass of hypertrophic and elastotic degenerated connective tissues.It is treated mainly by surgical removal,with or without adjunct measures,and recurrence is very common.The etiology of pterygium remains unclear.This paper gives an overview of the pathogenesis of pterygium.
