BIPAP呼吸机治疗肺性脑病临床观察

摘　　要：对２３例肺性脑病患者（治疗组）行ＢＩＰＡＰ呼吸机治疗，并与行气管插管或气管切开辅助通气治疗的９例患者（对照组）作对照。结果显示，治疗组疗效确切，减少了建立人工气道带给患者的痛苦，缩短了住院时间，节省了住院费用。patients with pulmonary encephalopathy(treatment group) were treated with BIPAP respirator and 9 patients with Pulmonary encephalopathy(Control group)underwent trachea cannula or tracheotomy The results of two groups showed that the curative effect of treatment group is definite The use of BIPAP respirator can avoid the pain caused by artificial airway and shorten the hospitalization time and expenses
