摘 要:在未来的几十年中,中国粮食总需求量将逐年增加。整体上农业食物保障功能的发展趋势是:数量方面,随着新增人口、城市居民消费水平刚性增长以及工业化城市化进程的推进,将导致食物消费总量增加。质量安全方面,随着消费水平的提升,食物消费将向营养健康方面发展,将进一步要求调整优化农业生产结构,不断更新品种,全面提高农产品质量,切实保障食品安全,从而更好地维护广大人民根本利益,更有力地促进食品出口,更加全面地实现城乡经济社会统筹协调发展。In the future decades,the total demand for grain in China is increasing year by year.On the whole,the development trend in assurance function of agricultural food is that the total food consumption in quantity will increase with growth of population,rise of urban resident's consumption,and development of industrialization and urbanization;the food consumption in quality safety will turn to health and nutrition.In conclusion,we need further adjust and optimize the structure of agricultural production,renew the species and increase the quality of agricultural production,guarantee food safety,maintain the overwhelming majority's fundamental interests better,promote food export greatly,and realize overall coordination development of urban and rural economy and society.
