摘　　要：本文分析了企业转变经济增长方式的机理，提出必须以效益为中心，以科技和管理为手段，建立技术创新机制，给出了经济增长方式类型划分准则、规模经济贡献的分析方法、经济增长因素和增长方式转变的运作因素分析方法。The essay proposes that enterprises establish their own mechanism of technology innovation, giving the reasons and the general way. Also it offers the rule on how to divid all the ways of economic growth, the method to analyze the share of economical scale in economic growth, and the method to analyze the other growing factors in economic growth and the operating factors accellerating the shift of the way of economic growth. An example is given.
