摘　　要：指出高校维修改造项目造价控制是项目管理中的一项重要工作,根据工程造价控制理论和实践工作经验,结合本院校的实际情况,提出了造价控制中存在的主要问题,并提出造价控制的一些具体管理办法,以达到预期的管理目标。The thesis pointed out the maintenance and reformation item cost control in colleges and universities is an important work in item management. According to the theory of project cost control and the practical work experience, and combining with the specific situation of colleges and universities, it proposed the main problems existing in cost control, and put forward some specific management methods for cost control, so as to reach the expected management objectives.
