斯氏线虫生物反应器液体培养的初步研究

摘　　要：应用气升内环流反应器和机械搅拌通气反应器进行昆虫病原斯氏线虫ＳｔｅｉｎｅｒｎｅｍａｃａｒｐｏｃａｐｓａｅＡ２４液体培养．研究分析了培养液成分变化、流变学特性和反应器结构对感染期线虫产量的影响．The entomopathogenic nemotode Steinernema carpocapsae A24 was cultured in air_lift loop bioreactors and stirred tank bioreactor.The ingredient change of media,rheological properties and the effects of structures of bioreactors on the breeding of nematodes were investigated.The results obtained may be useful for the commercial scale culture of nematodes.
