摘　　要：目的研究脑转移癌放射治疗技术的临床应用。方法实施并分析69例脑转移癌放射治疗过程的质量控制、注意事项及照射技术。结果使用模拟定位机、直线加速器、热塑面膜及固定架等设备，规范质量控制过程，顺利完成放射治疗计划。结论脑转移癌放射治疗质量控制是保证放疗实施的基础。Objective To investigate the clinical application of radiotherapy technique of brain metastases. Methods We analyzed the quality control, announcements and irradiation techniques of 69 cases with brain metastases who had received brain radiotherapy. Results The radiotherapy treatment planning had been smoothly accomplished by using the simulator, linear accelerator, thermoplastic mask and fixation apparatus. Conclusion The quality control of radiation is the foundation to guarantee the performance of radiotherapy of brain metastases.
