储尿囊中浆肌层包埋加结肠反套入抗输尿管返流的临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价储尿囊中浆肌层包埋加结肠反套入在可控性尿流改道术后抗返流的效果。方法32例可控性尿流改道术均采用储尿囊中浆肌层包埋加结肠反套入抗输尿管返流，随访观察患者术后输尿管返流情况。结果术后随访6～12个月，均未发生榆尿管返流。结论储尿囊中浆肌层包埋加结肠反套入抗输尿管返流术，预防去带盲升结肠可控性尿流改道术后输尿管返流效果良好。Objective To evaluate the usefulness of anti - ureteral reflux with ureter embed in seromuscularlayer and Anti - sets into the colon in detenia ceacal - colon continent urinary diversion. Methods 32 cases of urinary diversion surgery are used urinary reservoir in anti - ureteral reflux with ureter embed in seromuscularlayer and Anti - sets into the colon, follow - up observation of postoperative ureteral reflux. Results The patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months. No evidence of ureteral reflux and anastomotic stricture was observed. Conclusions Anti - ureteral reflux with ureter embed in seromuscularlayer and Anti - sets into the colon in detenia eeacal - colon continent urinary diversion is an effective fashion for detenia ceacal - colon continent urinary diversion in preventing the postoperative complications of ureteral reflux.
