摘　　要：目的研究压力机气垫闭锁参数的快速检测方法．方法应用螺旋测微传感器和ＣＭＯＳ集成电路原理设计研制了一套气垫闭锁参数的检测装置．结果研制成的检测装置测得的各项参数完全满足精度要求．结论这套装置能快速检测压力机气垫闭锁功能的各项参数，从而为购置验收、使用维修具有闭锁功能的压力机提供可靠的依据．Aim\ To study the way of fast detecting the parameters about the interlock of press ′ air cushion.Methods\ The screw micrometer sensor and CMOS integrated circuit are applied for devising and developing a set of detection appliance which is related to the detection of parameters of air cushin interlock of the press.Results\ All kinds of parameters acquired through detection appliance devised by oursolves can meet the actual requirements. Conclusion\ Such set can detect all parameters of air cushion interlock of the press very quickly, which provides the reliable proof that can help examination, use and maintainance of the press.
