摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈癌的较佳治疗方法 ,方法利用Seldinger技术经股动脉插管,超选到双侧髂内动脉—子宫动脉,灌注化疗药物、栓塞子宫动脉2-4次;结果 12例Ⅱ-Ⅳ期宫颈癌患者,CR10例,PR2例,随访观察均超过2年,疗效显著。结论髂内动脉灌注化疗,子宫动脉栓塞治疗宫颈癌,创伤小,疗效高,结合手术、放疗可以根治部分病例。Objective：To discuss the better treatment of cervical cancer.Methods：Femoral artery was punctured using Seldinger technique,and superselective internal iliac artery—uterine artery infusion chemotherapy was done,then uterine artery was embolized two to four times.Results：Twelve cases of cervical cancer patients Ⅱ-Ⅳ,CR achieved in 10 cases,RR in 2 cases.Followed up for more than two years,the effect was significant.Conclusion：It is effective for treatment of cervical cancer with internal iliac arterial infusion chemotherapy and uterine artery embolization.Some patients can be cured combined with surgery,radiation therapy.
