摘　　要：企业改革中一个突出的共性问题是较偏重体制的改革，而忽视经营机制的转换。本文分析了企业经营机制的内部条件和外部环境，论述了建立现代化企业制度主要应解决的问题。During enterprise reform there is a widely existed phenomenon which is leaning system reform, but neglecting management mechanism transformation. Based on the analysis of internal condition and external environment of management mechanism of enterprise,questions left to be handled for the establishment of management system of modem industrial enterprise were suggested.
